Owner Actions

As the Owner of the questionnaire, you may choose to take the following actions: 

• Reassign the questionnaire to another individual with a deeper understanding of the position (See The Assignee Experience to understand the workflow) 
• Complete portions or the entire questionnaire yourself and then reassign the questionnaire for review and submission by another individual
• Complete and submit the questionnaire yourself
  
  

If someone else with full platform access reassigns an evaluation owned by you, you will receive an email alert indicating such. The email will come from no-reply@compliancehr.com. The subject line will read “Your Navigator OT Questionnaire Has Been Assigned Out,” and the body of the email will contain the information similar to the below:
