      Understanding the Assignee Experience

      When an individual who is not the Owner of the evaluation is assigned the questionnaire, an email will be received from no-reply@compliancehr.com.

      The subject line will read “Navigator OT Questionnaire.” The body of the email will contain a simple one-click link to access the questionnaire and text similar to the below example. 

      Unless full platform access is held, the individual completing the questionnaire cannot reassign the questionnaire or see the final risk report. They should complete the questionnaire following the instructions found within The Questionnaire section of the Knowledge Center.


      The questionnaire can be accessed and completed by clicking the link: YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE. It will be the same experience as outlined under The Questionnaire, Filling Out and Submitting the Questionnaire section of the Knowledge Center.
