Understanding the Report

The Report Summary contains the Position, Jurisdiction, and the email address of the individual that submitted the questionnaire responses. 

Next, you’ll see the Overall Risk without taking compensation into consideration, and then Overall Compensation Requirements. 

The following sections of the report look at each individual exemption, providing the risk and if the compensation requirements were met for that specific exemption. In addition, you will find legal summaries at the federal and state level for each exemption. 

Also included on the Report are Additional Provisions and the Questionnaire Transcript.
