Creating Singular Evaluations

Go to the Navigator OT solution card and either click the Create New Evaluation link or View Evaluations.  The View Evaluations link will direct you to your evaluation grid, where you can click New Evaluation to begin. 

Enter the Position Name that you are evaluating and select Start.

The Evaluation is now created. You will be taken directly into the Questionnaire for reassignment or completion.
