Review the checklist and helpful reminders.
Before you begin the Questionnaire, it will be helpful if the following information is gathered:
- Compensation details
- Job duties
- Number of employees supervised, if applicable
- Education, average education level attained (specific degree type can be helpful)
- Current training status (e.g., whether the employee is in training)
- Company Administration such as approximate number of employees
- Use of job-specific manuals, templates, or guidelines (excluding codes of ethics, conduct, or general personnel policies)
- When evaluating a position, while a job description may be helpful, consider the position’s actual job duties.
- An evaluation should be re-run for each jurisdictions in which the position works.
- If two people hold the same position (same job title) but perform different job duties (or different allocations of the same job duties), run an evaluation for each individual.
