Removing Platform Users

Take the following steps to disable access for users that no longer require access to your platform. See Adding Platform Users to add new users.

Click your name on the top right corner. 

From the drop-down, select “Configure Platform Users”

Locate the User that should no longer have access to your platform. 

Select View/Edit next to their name.

Select the box next to “Disable this account & prevent the user from logging in”. 

Then select Save.
