Owner Notifications

There are two types of email notifications you'll receive as the Owner of an OT evaluation: assignment updates and notifications of completion.

If someone else with full platform access reassigns an evaluation owned by you, you will receive an email alert indicating such.

The email will come from no-reply@compliancehr.com. The subject line will read “Your Navigator OT Questionnaire Has Been Assigned Out,” and the body of the email will contain the information similar to the below: 

When an assigned questionnaire is completed, the Owner will receive an email alerting them.
