Navigator IC: Creating Multiple Evaluations - CSV Formatting Guidelines

In order for your CSV to upload successfully, follow these guidelines

In the platform, the owner of the evaluation will be the person who uploads the CSV file. 

engagement_description: Description of the engagement

• Do not include commas in the job description
• Cannot exceed 4096 characters

work_state: The state where the position works

• Use the complete state name and capitalize the first letter
  • Incorrect: california
  • Correct: California
• District of Columbia is accepted
• State abbreviations are not accepted

send_company_questionnaire_to_other: Denotes if the company evaluation should be sent to someone other than the owner (the person submitting the CSV file is considered the “owner” in the platform)

• To send the company evaluation to someone else to complete, enter: yes
  • Yes, Y, and y are not accepted
• If you will be the one filling out the company evaluation, enter: no
  
  • No, N, and n are not accepted
• Every evaluation must include a completed company questionnaire
• Do not use this option for sending the questionnaire to a contractor

company_questionnaire_email: Email address of the person who will fill out the company questionnaire

• If send_company_questionnaire_to_other is no, the email address must match the owner’s email address in the platform
• Cannot exceed 64 characters

company_questionnaire_first_name: First name of the person who will fill out the company questionnaire

• If send_company_questionnaire_to_other is no, the first name must match the owner’s first name in the platform.
• Cannot exceed 32 characters

company_questionnaire_last_name: Last name of the person who will fill out the company questionnaire

• If send_company_questionnaire_to_other is no, the last name must match the owner’s last name in the platform
• Cannot exceed 32 characters

company_questionnaire_dept: Department the person who will fill out the company questionnaire works in

• If send_company_questionnaire_to_other is no, the department must match the owner’s department in the platform
• Cannot exceed 32 characters

send_and_create_contractor_questionnaire_to_contractor: Denotes if a contractor questionnaire should be sent to the contractor

• To send a contractor evaluation, enter: yes
  • Yes, Y, and y are not accepted
• If a contractor questionnaire will not be included, enter: no
  • No, N, and n are not accepted

contractor_email: Email address of the contractor

• The contractor’s email address needs to be provided, even if send_and_create_contractor_questionnaire_to_contractor is no
• Cannot exceed 64 characters

contractor_first_name: Contractor’s first name

• The contractor’s first name needs to be provided, even if send_and_create_contractor_questionnaire_to_contractor is no
• Cannot exceed 32 characters

contractor_last_name: Contractor’s last name

• The contractor’s last name needs to be provided, even if send_and_create_contractor_questionnaire_to_contractor is no
• Cannot exceed 32 characters

contractor_company_name: Contractor’s company name

• The contractor’s company name needs to be provided, even if send_and_create_contractor_questionnaire_to_contractor is no
• If the contractor does not have a company name, enter: N/A
• Cannot exceed 32 characters
