Learn how to create a reset password link

Individuals with the Manage User permission are also able to assist others with Password Resets. Click on the Key icon under the Actions column.  

  

 Select Generate Reset Link for the user.

  

Select Copy Link and send a personal email it to the user who requested assistance, including the link.

When the user clicks on the link in the email you sent, they will see this page allowing them to reset their password.
