Navigator OT: How to Read the Final Report

The final report for Navigator OT consists of the following sections:
  • Risk Score
  • Understanding Your Risk
  • Summary of the Law
  • Transcript

The Risk Score section is where you should start when you're viewing the report.  You'll see on the large meter on the first page that shows the overall risk from green (lowest risk of classifying as an exempt employee) to red (highest risk of classifying as an exempt employee).  That is followed by a list of the exemptions the employee is likely to qualify or not qualify for.

Understanding Your Risk is the next section of the report to review.  It explains the reasons that the employee did not qualify for certain exemptions and how to lower your risk for some exemptions.

The Summary of the Law section provides the rules for the jurisdiction you're analyzing.

The Transcript also provides a lot of insight into the analysis.  It is a record of all of the questions and answers asked of anyone who completed the evaluation.

If you assign an evaluation to someone else to complete, they won't see the final report unless you specifically give them permissions through the dashboard.
