Can I make corrections to an evaluation once completed?

Leverage the copy feature in NavigatorIC. While it's true you cannot edit an evaluation once it's submitted, you can copy the evaluation. It allows you to either apply the rules of a new jurisdiction or make the necessary changes and submit the evaluation again without having to start over. 

 

How long does it take to get a password emailed to the contractor so the questionnaire can be completed?

A password is not required. Instead, the Independent Contractor will receive an email with a link to the questionnaire to be completed.

 

My manager or contractor states they did not receive the evaluation. Can I resend it?

You can simply select the Evaluation Name, and once open, select resend the email.

 

Can I change the manager to whom I originally assigned the evaluation(s)?

Unfortunately, at this time, you are not able to change the original manager assigned.  We at ComplianceHR are working on enhancing the Navigator OT solution so you will be able to reassign. - Coming 2023

 

I have a contractor doing work in the US who is located Overseas. Can I use this solution?

The solution is US based only; if the contractor is living abroad doing work for the US, international rules are not applied.

 

If I upload a file into Navigator IC, can I remove it?

No, once you upload a file, you cannot remove it.

💡Tip! Files you upload should not contain social security numbers, dates of birth, maiden names, driver's licenses or passport numbers, or medical or other personal information. Such information is not needed.
