My Document Center card does not include both Onboarding and Leave forms?

If your organization has another resource for Onboarding or Leave forms, they may have elected not to have one of the options turned on.  Please speak to your Decision Maker,  Platform Admin, or Client Success Manager if you are interested in including both options as part of your subscription. 

What happens with created documents or forms within the Document Center? 

Onboarding Documents - The system will generate PDF and Word versions of the forms to save to your desktop.  This will allow you to customize the form with your company logo, if so desired, before sending it to the recipient.

Leave Forms - The system will not automatically email the recipient the leave forms. You will need to save the form to your desktop and email it to the recipient.  You will find completed forms under View Leave Forms.
