Why is my jurisdiction not listed for the topic I selected?
The jurisdictions listed for a topic depend on a number of factors, including the existence of jurisdiction-level requirements and the criteria used to monitor each topic in the Reference Center. You can refer to the introductory section of each report for more information on the jurisdictions that are included. If your jurisdiction is not listed but you know it has legislation on the topic, we advise you reach out to your employment law counsel.
How do I share information I find with someone else?
The Reference Center allows you to share both content smart links, which go to an individual piece of content such as the minimum wage entry for a specific jurisdiction, and entire report links. Check out the Reference Center: Saving and Sharing Links page to learn more. Keep in mind that the person you share links with will need to have access to the Reference Center.
